No prints showing on

Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and to the MakerWorld community.
I recently designed a few spool/filament tags, but I’ve noticed that I’m getting more downloads than actual prints. Is that normal? It makes collecting points a bit tricky.

My design is meant to allow different text on each tag, depending on the filament’s color and material:
Filament Spool Tag – Snap-fit Mount - PLA Basic

I’m wondering if I made a mistake when publishing: I uploaded one profile with multiple tags (one for each color). Could it be that, if a user only prints one of the models from the plate instead of the whole plate, it doesn’t count as a complete print?
Would it be better to publish a separate profile for each tag?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Theres a lot of wierd stuff on makerworld, but this seems benign, there are 2 things to note here:

  1. I dont have social statistics to prove this, but it is not abnormal for people to download more things than they ever open up, much less print

  2. For users who cant use bambu studio (cloud, auth, firmware, airgap, many reason) you will never see their prints because they are not phoning home.
