No refund VAT

Dear Bambu Lab Community,

I recently made a payment for the P1P 3D Printer and I have not received my VAT refund with my valid VAT number. At the checkout they claim the following, " For corporate purchases in EU-member countries, please Enter your valid VAT ID to get tax exempt."
I have reached out to the support team via email three times over the past 4 weeks, but I have not received a response. I would appreciate it if someone from the Bambu Lab team could assist me with this issue and help me get the VAT refund that I am owed.

same problem for me

i have a order for spare parts entered my vat nr , price stil shows vat
contacted support 2 weeks back ,no reply
dont they want company’s as a customer ?

no, I have still not have the VAT back.

Don’t worry.
You will be refunded.

I had also same problem and they refunded me VAT taxes.
