UPS delivered a filament order to the wrong address and weeks later I’m still fighting Bambu for a refund.
please help me as I have the same or simialar problems, the printer was great and slowly well quickly started to break, all my prints were failing, the lydar melted and something went really wrong. i get the bed issue everytime, and everytime i try to print it ends up a spagetti mess. its only less than a month old and the Customer service is terrible. i cannot get them to take any responsibility, i have asked for a full refund or retun for a new X1c and they just avoid tht conversation. and ask me to try aall sort of thing, as to current i have 2 blocked nozzles, and the extruder wont feed. this is absolute BS. we paid $1650 for this and its been great the first 2 week then it freaked out and started slamming itself ito the side of the machine it went full out of control. i had to put rags infront of where the extruder was hitting as it was so loud. it was knocking the cover off and its done significant damage. the people on customer service keep telling me to try things when the printer clearly is faulty . i just want to exchange it of get my money back . help please
If you paid by credit card or debit card then your country may have laws that allow you to get those companies to act on your behalf.
I think my son paid using a debit card through the bank so I yeah I will contact my son because he is the unfortunate victim here he would have no idea to take apart any of this stuff or go through this horror or deal like he would just shoved the machine and write it off as a loss I guess that’s the way my son behaves but I’m more of a like I stand up for what’s right and this company obviously has a reputation of not treating customers fairly I’m in Australia and we have several Avenues the age triple C is Australian consumer corruption something like that they I think contact the company and then the next step is notifying the company of legal action and then you just go to the courthouse and file paperwork that you’re gonna sue the company. It’s only like $100 or 130 dollars to file paperwork for a lawsuit so it’s well worth getting their attention just to replace a machine I mean they give the dang things to YouTubers and content creators for free to do reviews I don’t understand what they’re problem is in replacing a clearly defective machine it’s so blatantly obvious that it’s defective it’s not even funny like I I’ve sent them videos of the extruder slamming into the side of the machine and they still don’t get it they’re still asking me to like perform procedures and I’m like look I’m done playing your games like I’m done spending and my time on a machine that I should be able to plug in put it SD card in and push print and have it print I should have to spend my time I’m 75 dollars an hour so I suppose I could put that to them that I’m going to start sending them invoices for my time that I’m spending on the machine that’s another one I could pull I guess as a business
Sorry you’ve had this bad experience. Is it less than 30 days old? If so it’s easier to get them to stop messing with you.
It looks like Bambu has some splaining to do Lucy… i received my device from the black Friday sale. Only problem was my P1S and AMS were both damaged. Customer service appears to be a rotating crew that does not read the previous exchanges which is leading to many of our fruatrations. I snet them photos the moment the P1S was out of the box and thet blamed the shipping compay, okay for the pP1S damage but wgat anout the AMS. The glass was not cracked so explain the warped cracked AMS? CS told me to print out new parts for my machine and told me that they would sendspare part and that i needed to watch videos on how to repair my AMS and P1S… Side panels of the P1S ok. AmS i don’t think so and then the problems really started. They told me damage on delivery would be handled under my 30 day warranty. No matter how many pictures or videos i sent they railroaded me. Now they are saying i have 14 days to send the AMS in in original packaging (ie the P1S) and that the label they sent is only good for filament which still has not arrive. Not ln my first or second order. I had to buy filament from Amazon to run their test print and have them say they were going to close my case because i had not responded while waiting for delivery because they had not delivere the hundreds of dollors of filament i ordered from them.
They also wouldnt let me into the forum. I kept getting an error saying that i already had an account associated with my ISP address. When thet did let me in after multiple tries i can’t create new posts.
Did you know they track you over the web and collect your personal information?
Sorry for your terrible, bad experience. The only thing I can say is that given enough time I’ve never heard of them not making it right. They just fight you as much as possible along the way.
This is 100% true. Not an excuse, but I suspect this is because they don’t store translated versions of each exchange. So if they want to read a previous message they need to click a translate button for each one. Not a good system.
Most of the issues you described are not hard to fix, for the spaghetti issue wash the bed, and for it slamming into the housing, just home the axis’s
