Not sure if posting here will help but the Support ticket I filed via the app hasn’t been replied to since it was first submitted. They did say it would be a couple of days, but it’s been a week.
Anyone have any suggestions for how to get support to respond?
Make sure the ticket is in “Open” state. You can add a comment reminding them you are still waiting for the answer. Worked for me, they usually answered within 2-3 days after reminding comment.
I never received a reply until 2am local time basically hours after I posted this. That said when I went to gather the photos I realized my kids had moved the box that the extras came in and all the parts I ordered were there. So the mistake was all mine.
the worst support in the world, they are driving me crazy, I am now filing a complaint, after they made me pay the deposit or to collect the other printer and in the meantime send me another one, they have disappeared for 4 days now, and either I have paid 1000 euros and I no longer know where my money went, they are scammers guys don’t buy bambulab printers not so much for the hardware but if you have problems with the printer there is no support, trust me at this moment I am depressed and I feel helpless and my only option is to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back because the support is no longer available, it seems dead and I’m worried about my money;
