No video on bambu-handy

Hello,
I can’t see the video on P1S by Bambuhandy.

Wen I try the video on P1S on bambuhandy, but error is displayed.
The error is below.

TimeoutException after 0:00:10.000000:
liveview timeout

Firmware of P1S is 01.05.02.00.
Bambuhanby is 2.18.0 on android.

I understand the firmware is not the latest.
But I want use this version.

I tried main-power off-on, but not resolved.

Should I update the firmware?
If configuration on bambuhandy is necessary, please let me know.

I’m having the same issue with my X1C. I’ve updated everything and I get this. Can’t view through the BH app or BS. It did work for about a week after I had issues. I just logged out and logged back in and it started working. That lasted all of 2 days and back to same issue. Re-tried everything I did before, but nothing.

Not sure if it is because I am getting a micro lidar error from installing additional lights (too bright can cause micro lidar error) but that error comes and goes, so…who knows.

It’s frustrating as he’ll though.
