Nobody's Home?

I am also having problems - customer service is horrible and the machine is not reliable. The warranty is for 1 year only , my printer went down after 6 weeks in use- we printed 1/ items .

We should start a law suite against Bambu Lab.

I see lots of angry customers here .

Or maybe you could start by explaining your problem here, what happened and provide some pictures. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here from the community that can probably help you if you ask nicely.

Hello;

I explained my problem to Bambu , and my ticket was not addressed …. The printers are very expensive and one ought to expect a much higher level of customer service.
I see lots and lots of upset customers here and this is a red flag.
Good luck to you

Doesn’t sound like you want to solve your problem… but you can’t say that the community didn’t offer to try to help.

Was the correct build-late selected in the slicer?

Yes. I received the replacement PEI plate and nozzle. I really hope they start addressing people’s concerns: 1) in a more timely fashion. 2) with a little more sympathy for people who are frustrated after spending a lot of :moneybag: and 3) that they step up and stand behind the products they sell!

That’s damn funny, you must have ordered a pack of gum to get one of Amazon’s ā€œsmallerā€ boxes!

Thank you, PayPal mentioned that they are ā€œout of the loopā€ on this one because I had my cc company file the complaint not them. At this point I feel that all my issues and concerns have been resolved.
Thank all of you for your help!

Yes. I believe everything was correctly set up

Hello ;

I finally got an error message - I then learned that Bb does not have the trouble shooting page set up for A1Minis ….

So even if a customer gets an error message , there is no instruction on how to trouble shoot !
God have mercy

Any moments about this ?
Thank you

Comments typo correction

Well for starters… You still haven’t told us what your problem is much less the error message you got.

Is this the issue they are speaking about? When the hotend grinds on the rear of the plate?

no, that’s perfectly normal nozzle wiping on a section of build plate that isn’t used for printing models. OP’s issue is related to bad auto leveling of the bed where the printer thinks the bed is lower than it actually is, resulting in the nozzle being forced deep into the surface of the build plate while extruding the first layer (and some later layers if the auto leveling was far enough out).

I see two systemic ways to fix this:

  1. find and fix whatever is causing the bad z probe during bed leveling (obviously this should be the goal)
  2. optionally, in addition to the above, monitor the same sensor used during z probe during at least the first few layers. if pressure is detected, pause and offer to cancel the print.
