I’m working on learning how to use SolveSpace to create models. I created a model and exported it as an STL. It imports into BambuStudio without any warnings or errors and looks good. When I slice, however, it wants to create this one thread that makes no sense. It doesn’t think it’s bridging or anything and you can see where, in the wall, this line is supposed to be.
Any thoughts on what’s going on here? Or how I might correct it?
You can try turning off print thin walls, it might disappear.

Thanks for the idea. I don’t see an option called “print thin walls”? There’s Strength → Walls → “Detect Thin Wall”. Toggling that doesn’t make a difference.
However, I used that as an excuse to try a bunch of other options. Changing the wall generator to “Arachne” does make the error go away. Haven’t closely investigated the rest of the model though to see if that introduced other issues.

Hi,
Without knowing the model or settings, it is mostly guessing. Besides the thin wall options, as @lion7718, try different wall generators (classic/Arachne).
Another option is to experiment with the repair feature of Bambu Studio.
Edit: I noticed now that my answer was late. It’s good to know you found a solution.
