Noob needs help with Text print

Hi guys,

i think this is a trivial problem for you guys, but a problem i am not able to solve myself.
(not even sure i post my question in the right tab)

I would like to print a 1 layer thin logo that i can glue on a 3D-Model.
I made a 0,2mm thin 3D-Model and Bambu studio does not let me print the File.

I set the standard Ø0,4 nozzle
Layer high 0,2mm
I colored the Logo with the Filament colors i have.
set the wall lines to 1
in the tab Quality i set only 1 wall on the first layer

when i try to print it, a fatal error occurred with " access violation".

i dont know what else i can do.

please can someone help me?
Container-Logo.3mf (685,2 KB)

I think you have to made it slightly thicker. ?

Scaling the model thicker still results in an error:

I find the error message interesting because the imported model appears to be a .STP file, not an .STL.

I tried various other changes - different printers, nozzles, an older Studio version, single color, different layer heights. None would slice without an error, many resulted in the same Access Violation error. One variation said a vector was too long.

I think the problem is the model. I would first try re-importing the original .STP file with an increased triangle count to obtain finer resolution. If that fails, I would edit/re-create the file in your modeling program.

it is as you say, it is a β€œ.stp” file.

i try to make it thicker as @brendan told me and try again.

tell you in about 10 min if it worked

thank you both for trying to help me!!

edit:
i made it 0,5mm thick and it did not work.

i try somnething else and remodel the base file.

edit edit:

no, my idea does also not work.
i tried it like this:

I have no idea why it worked now.

i changed a bit how i designed the Logo in the CAD-System and it woked somehow.

i do not know how the print will work, but at least the slicer tells me it is okay.

the hint was the error information you told me about.
i tried to get the same one and than played around with the 3D-file to get rid of it.
