The blue letter outline is there in preview. Not there in slice or print. How can I fix this file? This file came from the new captain of my old hockey team. Oh and what are the white dots? Thanks for any help.
the white dots are the seams.
maybe its too small or you didnt paint it right.
try painting the bottom of the letters too

At least some of the parts which aren’t showing up in the slice are most likely too small to print at the current settings (line width / layer height). You could try using Arachne wall generator (if using Classic now). Or reduce line width and/or layer height if possible (if the details are extra fine then a .2mm nozzle might be better).
I can’t tell why the dark blue tops of the letters aren’t coming out, since they seem to be quite wide. Perhaps they’re too thin at that point? It’s also unclear (to me, anyway) what is supposed to happen with the shading effect on the letters… if anything.
You’ll get the best advice if you can post your 3MF project file here. Otherwise there’s a lot of guessing.
The seams can be toggled on/off in the color scheme selector area.
