I cannot reproduce this behavior.
I had the same ip error but site working now.
I have also experienced this problem, several times already. When restarting the browser it mostly works again (Firefox).
I also use firefox, but no restart was necessaary. Simple click the button “Bambu Account”.
It seems a little bit like a captcha
