I’ve been using clear sunlu filament without any issues for a few months now (since 6/2023) and everything has been great. The clear is great compared to the nasty PETG option for what it is worth.
On the new firmware upgrade, I am getting an error message as follows when I go to select reprint from the printer display (laptop can reprint fine, but not convenient at all):
“Printing can’t be started. The filament type are not compatible with printing file, please check and restart the printing”. Yes, it says “are not”. I selected generic white pla and am using the PEI textured plate. Anybody else getting this error?
Yup, I am now getting the same message and cant figure it out, only happening on generic PETG.
just figured it out. PLA left loaded in machine and wanting to print in PETG.

Is this on ams lite or on external? I have transparent petg on my A1 and its not working.
If you slice the file for PLA then it won’t let you print with a filament that you input as PLA.
I’m having the same error. I’m printing from a micro SD card. There are many different files on the card I have tried to print and it gives me the same error. I verified that the filament that is loaded external to the AMS is the same as the filament chosen in the slicer. I clicked the AMS disable button on the display screen. I also tried unplugging the AMS and rebooting the printer. Nothing works.
