I am getting a lot of this, even on Bambu’s sign generator. The model fits the bed but I’m getting the message “The selected printer is incompatible with the chosen printer presets” I have the A1 mini as my chosen printer. I tried Bambu’s slicer and Orcaslicer. Even many of the files from makerworld

You say that you have the A1 Mini, but you have the ‘X1 Carbon 0.4 nozzle’ set as your printer type.

You can use any of Bambu’s 3mf files, but you have to use the dropdown to use your printer…the A1 Mini. Most of the time you have to resize or move the print onto the plate.

Hi, I understand that I can’t do this from the iPhone app (which is a shame), so I’m now using the PC app. Please can you tell me which drop-down menu to use to select the A1 Mini? I’m a bit overwhelmed by all the options. Many thanks.
At the top where it says “printer”, near the very top under the icon that looks like a house. Click that and select the nozzle size and printer you have.
That nozzle size will now be the default in Handy when you download and print. You can only change the printer in handy, and filament to same like/color.

Bingo! Wow, thanks for responding so quickly - that has worked. I sliced the design and now it’s printing.
