Not extruding properly in same spot

I print terrain in Bambu PLA-Matte for warhammer on my X1C with a wall thickness of 1 to save material. In the beginning, this has worked without any issues. But lately I always get tese ripped off spots that looks like its not extruding propperly. I noticed that I had high humidity in the AMS (over 40%). So I bought silica and now I am on 18% wich I believe should be fine. I also used a new filament fresh out the box and dried it beforehand. I also ran the calibration program of the X1C and the Flow Dynamics and Flow Rate calibration.

I still get this issue. The weird thing is that this is basically only happing in the lower part of the inside corner or the print and on the thin window bars. It seeems that this is where the seams and retractions are for the print. I tested it with different models and it’s alsways the same. As I said, this has worked before without any issues. I didnt change anything in my print profile either.

Anybody can help me with that?
