Not extruding properly

So my filament is not extruding properly on both nozzles I have replaced both of them and opened up the assembly to see if there’s any worn down parts as I have not seen any yet. I don’t know if it’s that. I have done a full calibration. I only have 4000 hours on my printer so I’m not sure how worn down things can really get inside of the printer head. To note, I also heard a sound like the filament was skipping inside of it. Not sure if that helps any ideas of how to fix this?

What filament is this?

Are you running all stock settings?

Have you inspected and replaced your PTFE tubes recently?

Attach 3mf file please with your settings config.

Stock but ironing is 55 speed and 25 flow never had any problems been useing it for months

Yes, I replaced one tube on one nozzle, but it’s equal length as before if any bit longer

Ironing settings can change per roll per nozzle per machine, try running an ironing test

This is a poor ironing test unless your real prints are 100% infill. You ideally want something that has a nonzero number of infill areas so that you get the real test of how the layers lay after bridging across infill with the same amount of top layers youd normally print with.

Calibrate your flow RATE before you do the ironing test.

They look like this and many designs

Ironing is the most precise you are asking your machine to be. Moisture also plays havoc because you are sitting there extruding nearly nothing for minutes, so make sure your material is dry.

I am doing a flow rate calibration right now and we will see how this turns out, but I will try ironing next if it doesn’t I don’t think you’ll be ironing though as I’ve been running it for multiple months now with a ton of colors, never change the nozzle type or the printer
