I updated the firmware for the X1C and the AMS today and immediately after had problems.
I looked through the existing recent posts and didn’t see anything like this so I thought maybe it’s just me and wanted to approach the subject here before I submitted a bug report.
After the update, when I attempt to print, it first prompts me saying there are unknown filaments. (I have them selected as Generic PLA… so they should be ‘known’ unless extra steps are required after the updated that were not mentioned or handled by the update.).
Dismissing that, it goes through all the filaments and attempts to load them (I am not sure why… I am only printing using the first one). When there are no other filaments loaded, it works fine, but when there are, even if I am not using them, it seems to detect an error that is not there (says filament stuck, but it’s not).
X1C ver: 01.07.00.00
AMS Ver: 00.00.06.40
Has anyone else had this issue?
