I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this any further. Ever since the latest firmware update I don’t get any notifications through Bambu Handy. I’ve reinstalled the app, double-checked my notification settings, I’ve restarted and re-bound the printer to my account. I’ve turned wireless on and off. To no avail. I get video and control of the printer, everything seems to be online, except for notifications.
Anyone else having issues since the update?
I get notifications, but only on new prints sent over the cloud. If I select an existing print on the SD card, I don’t get any notifications.
I only get success/failed notifications since the update. No error notifications or others.
My handy app stopped the notifications when I installed it on my iPad too.
Did you install it on a second device?
I did install it on my iPad around the same time. I never actually logged into my account, but I did download it and open it around when this started happening.
Okay, I got notifications back but I didn’t do it scientifically. Somewhere between turning on and off the notificatons for the app in settings and deleting the app from my iPad, notifications are working for me again.
You only get notifications on the device that was most recently logged into.
I spoke too soon. I’m getting some notifications. I didn’t get one for a successful print last night, but I did for one this morning. I was able to trigger one by pausing a print, but I didn’t get one for a critical error (build plate localization).
I got it working again. I re-installed the app on my iPhone, including cache. Also disabled background app refresh. All notifications come now to my iPhone.
My notifications here are still not functioning correctly. I had them working for a few days, and now they have stopped again. Really frustrated with having to troubleshoot this every few days.
Same here… no more notifications since a couple of days. I guess it’s a cloud issue.
Mine also stopped working on Sunday, and I not have gotten a notification since.

lol. i never saw any other notification than print completed.
Got me completely frustrated and took me quite some time to manage to figure out why my print would not start. Buildplate was off by 0.5mm
Never knew there would be a notification of this?
Sometimes I do, sometimes not. Yesterday I received all print failed/finished notifications.
@Zilverdael yes, no other notifications so far. Would be helpful to receive other error/warning notifications. I got a print stuck for 11 hours because of false spaghetti recognition.
Let’s hope for a reliable and valuable notification system in the future. 
Had the same issue last night … wrong spaghetti recognition at 10 pm and I noticed this morning at 6 am 
… Actually I expected the print to be ready… Well… I can feel with you
Update: I received today to error messages on my phone.
It seems they implemented now the error notifications.
I got 4 iOS devices: 2 iPhones and 2 iPad Pro and none of them are receiving any notifications from the bambu handy app. Notifications are allowed on all 4 devices.
Even re-installing didnt fixed the issue.
It seems the notification function in the iOS Version of bambu handy is still broken/buggy.
It works fine for me - but it got glitchy as soon I installed it on my iPad, I removed it, and it started to work again correctly on my iPhone. (but had to re-install it)
€: Just noticed it didn’t work today… print is finished but no notification.
So still glitchy.

I have a problem with my Android Phone running on Android 13, that I never received a message (error, finished print etc.) on my phone. I also switched on all the authorizations for the app. I also blocked the power save mode for Bambu Handy. I also reinstalled the app. I have no idea anymore
Does anyone fixed this issue or knowing a workaround?
