I use my PC, my iphone and my iPad to check on printing status. However I only get notifications of completed prints on one of those (ipad), and that is the least used of the 3. How do the notifications work? i.e. how does the X1-C know where to send the notification?

Exact same issue. Have the app installed first on my iphone, then on the ipad. SOMETIMES I get notifications on the ipad, and thats it. Never on the iphone. And also not reliably.
@bambulab: please fix it. For me this is pretty high on the “must have” feature list.
Actually I dont know where the problem is. Multi-Device notifications is a solved problem. There are services that take care of all the implementation work. Seems they tried to roll their own. Not good.

I have the same problem with my Android Phone running on Android 13. I also switched on all the authorizations for the app. I also blocked the power save mode for Bambu Handy
Does anyone fixed this issue or knowing a workaround?

Same here, installed the Bambu Lab app on my iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. It only shows notifications on the device which had the most recently installed Bambu Lab app.
Please fix this @BambuLab , it’s very annoying. Thx
