I am afraid that this sounds like a support ticket is your best bet.
If you are lucky, it is “just” a board replacement. But Bambu should really do the log review and guide you through the troubleshooting gauntlet with parts sent by them. The printer is far to new to throw these kinds of errors.
You may want to link your forum post when opening your ticket. H2D issues should in any case be prioritized by Bambu atm, but it helps if they can look at discussions on what you have already tried.
I will remember that for next time. I already posted the ticket. This post was a draft for a couple of days while I figured out how to earn enough forum “Trust” to not be considered a spammer.
Still waiting for any kind of reply from support though.
That looks like major surgery to swap out. How long did they take to diagnose the MC board being the culprit? Did your toolhead have any lights/activity?
All they have been having me do for two weeks is play with the TH board. Unplug something and wait two days for a response to unplug something else. My favorite was when they sent me the instructions to remove the TH board while at the same time asking me to give them a report on the diagnostic lights on the TH board!
For anyone curious about the resolution. It took 2 months, but eventually Bambu was kind enough to send me a replacement printer. Keep your packaging and take pictures to help you box it back up when you unbox your printer. Their repacking instructions are less than comprehensive.
