Nozzle clog with Bambu ASA

Hi all,
it happened to me in 3 days to clog two different 0.4 mm nozzles with my P1S while using ASA.
The first clog happened while printing Bambu ASA, and I could not recover the nozzle.
I tried cold pull, I tried with the needle, I tried with hot Allen key… nothing to do.
For this reason, I decided to replace the nozzle with the spare 0.4 mm nozzle of the printer kit, and today it clogged while printing Bambu PLA after a short Bambu ASA print.
This time, I could recover the nozzle with 4 cold pull operations, but I want to understand why this is happening to avoid another clog if possible.

Any advice?

Best regards
Walter

My guess would be that you still had ASA in the nozzle & the purge for PLA wasn’t hot enough to purge it all out.

Your first clog might be because your printing ASA too cold.

Yes, I thought so. I wanted to be sure that it was the possible cause. I thought also that the chamber was still too hot.

Isn’t 270° enough?

That should be fine.
