Nozzle clumping detection

I have been having the exact same issue since the latest firmware: 01.03.00.00
Otherwise the A1 is working perfectly.
This is so annoying.

Going to try plate alignment adapter with notch to accommodate the clump test.

Hello, I’m facing the same problem with my A1 Mini… did you find any solution?
It seems to be a bug

Has anyone encountered this error fairly recently?

I moved my printer yesterday. I then updated the firmware at the new location. Now I’ve been getting this error with each print during the 3rd layer.

The build plate seems to be installed correctly. Does anyone have any guidance on how I could attempt to resolve this error? It’s happened on 4 different prints in the last day. But never before that.

My A1M has been doing this same thing after the update the other day. I did recently install a side tool drawer, however I think it is more likely to be something to do with the update. I also have nozzle clumping detection disabled and am still getting the error.

So I downgraded to the previous firmware and that didn’t help. I also took off the nozzle to check for any issues, but didn’t see anything wrong with it.

I ended up resetting to factory default and running the calibration again. The test print I did worked fine without any issues. It’s the same print I tried 2 times previously that always stopped at the 3rd layer.

Anyway, it’s worth a shot if you keep getting the error.

Just got my A1 yesterday, ran the update as it pretty much told me immediately there was one, I too now have this issue but I don’t have this bedplate aligner on the corner everyone seems to show in their pictures, mine is central at the rear of the bedplate.

I’m getting this error on the H2D when printing with pet-g. When I check the nozzle there is clearly zero nozzle clumping. I hit continue and no more errors reported after.
