So, last week I had been testing TPU. Got my settings dialed in pretty good, then went to print out a phone case. Little did I know I forgot to take off the test Benchy I had previously printed off the print bed. I got a warning from the Handy app saying there was a collision. The nozzle had jammed into the Benchy while doing the “Automated Bed level” check. Not sure how hard, but hard enough I guess. Now my prints come out like in the pictures posted. They start out fine, then start developing weird distortions. Same place in the prints every time.
My question is, could a damaged nozzle cause my prints to come out like this? Or is there something else going on.
When I get home I’m going to change the filament to something else and see if I get the same results. If that doesn’t clear anything up, I’ll change the nozzle from the .4 nozzle I have in right now to something else to see if indeed there is something wrong with my nozzle. If any have seen anything like this please let me know!
