Nozzle dragging and don’t know what else to do

After the update the nozzle has been dragging on first layer of print and eventually ruins everything. I’ve cleaned everything, cleaned out the nozzle for potential clogs, nozzle temp is 220, platebed is 65 and it calibrates and bed levels before every print.

Just a guess, I don’t have a P1, have you read this thread:

I’m having problems calibrating my machine. Brand New P1P with second spool of PLA Basic Green. The first roll of prints was fine but failed ever since i ran out and switched rolls. I had to cut the flow calibration short because of the prints. the tip was grinding. Basically it was suggested you do a factory reset, might be worth a try.

What Update? Firmware? A modification?
Have you run it through the factory calibration? The one it tells you it will take about 25 minutes?
