Nozzle height

I recently suffered a nozzle clog on my A1 printer which I could not remove so put in a new 0.4mm nozzle (I believe you call it a “hot end”) sorry I’m a 3D newbie.
Since then I have not been able to print anything as the nozzle appears to be above the Textured PEI plate.
Tried Calibration Step Selection - bed levelling etc from the maintenance menu but nothing seems to work.
Using Bambu Studio 1.10.1.50
Bambu PLA Basic filament

I’ve been printing all sorts of things including (just started) the High Bypass Jet Engine.
So its worked like a dream so far.
But I’m stumped
Help

When replacing the nozzle, did you make sure to clip it in place well? I recommend cleaning the area the nozzle and heat break fits into, and most importantly, make sure the printer is set for the correct nozzle.

Also, I recomend making sure your slicer settings are correct

You would think, after 3 months, he would have solved his own problem. Strange that MakerMelt3D_Prints is responding now.

Just speculating, but new members have to interact in threads to be able to post new threads etc. .
