Nozzle lift or better buildplate drop
On my former printer I had the software set up so that when the print head moved and not extruded, the nozzle 2 mm lifted.
Is such behaviour also possible with the P1P/P1S?
I cant find the particular setting in Studio.

Any idea’s?

There’s a setting called “reduce infill retraction” disable it and your printer will Z hop for every travel move.

Default Z hop is set to 0.4mm. You can change this in the machine profile in the slicer if you think you need more. I’ve never had to increase it. It’s usually the reduce infill retraction setting that messes things up.

Cool question! You can get a similar effect on the P1P/P1S look for the “reduce infill retraction” setting (turn it off) and then adjust the Z-hop (default is 0.4 mm) in your slicer or machine profile.
