Nozzle offset calibration error

I only saw one other same topic and it had obvious damage.

I am getting this error, I replaced both nozzles to make sure, cleaned the ‘sensor pad’ best I could (nothing on it). it was working just fine- then it came up, so I do not think heat pad are installed incorrectly.

I was going to enter a ticket, but it will not allow without entering a bunch of stuff not applicable (like picture of problem).

A picture is not mandatory. A log file is though.

This can be a difficult issue to resolve - on my H2C I wound up getting the printer replaced under warranty.

You need to put in a support ticket.

I will come up with stuff to put in a support ticket. There is an * by picture, which looks like required. The ‘send’ option is greyed until everything is filled- but I will try

edit:
I tried again, it would not let me submit until I uploaded a photo. so I just took one of the error screen. then I submitted one. I did order the ‘sensor’ plate - since that is an option for the error. I went through everything twice and it certainly appears to be seating well. I’m not sure it would still be under warranty (heck, I’m not even sure how long it is)
