Anyone have any ideas. Ive checked everything in the BL Trouble shoot guide for this error. Reset and calibrated AMS, Filament Switch, PEI OEM Plate cleaned offset sensor. Printer works fine but if I choose the Aux or Right nozzle I get this error every time. Do I need to start a ticket? Thanks
are the tips of both nozzles clean? If they have bits of plastic stuck on them, it will cause the offset calibration to fail.
I cleaned both look like new nothing on the tips replaced the boots with new. I have not replace the hot ends yet. In normal single nozzle mode works fine same as the P2S I also own. It is only when I try to print in the save filament mode I get the error. The installed Filament track switch seems to be working no jams so far when using it in the past. Both nozzles worked in the past normally. But now it will stop and fail the nozzle test every time. Nozzles are clean as new. No build up little stuck plastic anywhere. Machine has 786 hrs on it running 1 AMS and 3 AMS HT. Print PLA,PETG, ASA, PTCG, some Carbon fiber filaments, no silk, all in the main nozzle. Rarely do I use the Aux nozzle.
I had this once. The nozzle was just slightly askew in the holder. I took the nozzle out and reseated it. Ran calibration again and no error.
I installed a new nozzle. Ran the Nozzle Calibration it passed thought I fixed it. Started same print again it failed like all the times before. So I shut off the printer let it sit for 10 min Ran the Nozzle Calibration again after it passed Nozzle Calibration tried printing again Failed. (0300-410 202427)
I also looked up (0300-410 202427) for some clues and it is not listed so no help.
Fixed Ran a total recalibration everything passed> Then loaded up one of my 2 color models printed that in dual nozzle save filament sliced it printed ran fine. Then I loaded this model from makers world ( P2S X2D - BIQU ArUco Marker And Label ⧸ Magnetic - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld ) set it the same way dual color, filament save mode hit print and the printer started loading up got to offset calibration and failed. So I cleared everything out reprinted my file dual color dual nozzle and it worked fine printed fine with no nozzle offset calibration failed error. Conclusion something in the file above file my X2D don’t like and will error every attempt to print it in filament dual nozzle mode. It will print in single nozzle Quality mode fine. Very strange. Thanks for everyone’s help.
