Thank you, tightening these four screws solved my bed scraping problem. Didn’t even know they were there.
Mine has done the same. Try takimging off the nozzle then the hot end it. Had 3 screws. Carfully flip it over and you should find 4 little screws in the back. Tighten those down and reinstall tge hot end and nozzle. It worked for me.
