Hello all,
I recently faced an issue and I am out of options so asking here for help ![]()
The nozzle of my A1 (800hr’s printed) is scrubbing the previous layer of infill. Happens on different models, different infill typer triangles, gyroid, different filaments PLA, PETG printed directly from heater. The issue started some time ago when printing a part with 100% infill and since that time it is getting worse, no matter what I do.
What I already did:
- tighten the hotend (4 screws at the back and 3 screws on front) - didn’t help
- retension alle X, Y, Z, belts and run vibration compensation - didn’t help
- tighten the screws under printer - didn’t help
- replaced hotend assembly and nozzle with a new ones - didn’t help
- after installation of new nozzle I run flow zalibration - didn’t help
See attached screen. Scenation when I hear scrubbing - nozzle is going up creating an infill, stops at pos.1 and next it moves to pos.2 crossing already created infill. It is getting much worse with each layer and printing object higher than 10mm is painfull for my ears.
Another time I was printing a model with 8 wall and it was scrubbing so har that model was shifted by 1mm in Y-axis.
I am wondering if the problem lays in hardware or software, maybe I forgot to tighten some screws?
Thank you all for any support and help ![]()
