Nozzle Temp Failure [0300-8008 140226] [0300-8008 140705]

Hi! I’m new to 3D printing!

I bought my Bambu Lab A1, 2 weeks ago, had some printing (about 100hours) and i’ve been having some print failures for couple of days.
I only used 2 full PLA rolls, and I’m having the Nozzle Temp Failure error.
Not always. Sometimes at the beginning of the printing, sometimes in the middle.
I’ve printed with different fan speeds, or no speed at all, and it appears anyway.
Sometimes I have to just press resume and it doesnt give anymore the error.
And sometimes it’s showing a lot.
The printer is 2 weeks old. I checked the nozzle, and is not clogged. I checked the backboard of the hotend, and everything is correct. I have no idea.

Any ideas?

Thank you. :grinning:

The picture and error is guiding you to the front of the tool head, not the back. Is the fan working that is blowing on the heatbrake? Set idle printer to 220c and observe it.

It could also be a bad thermocouple, if you are actually getting good heat and good fan. You’re in warranty and should open a ticket for them to suggest a part.

Everything is working perfect. I’ve tried to lower the fan percentage so it doesnt cool that much. And it’s been 2 days with 0 problems.
I will wait and test some more.

Thank you. :grinning:
