Just like clockwork, I update to the newest version of Bambu Labs and my next print I start having “nozzle temperature malfunctions”. Do they purposefully ruin everyone’s day every time they release a new version of the software?
Rule #1: Don’t update firmware unless the new version has something you specifically need.

Turn the machine off, make sure the connectors are seated properly. Try again, the X1 doesn’t clear the fault if the power is on when you unplug and re-plug the connectors.

Yes, it doesn’t work like Marlin machines where it just starts reading again. I found out by almost loosing my mind and probably putting unnecessary wear on the connector in the process.
I have discovered that lowering my part fan speed did the trick. I was trying to print with PLA as a nozzle temp of 220. Inorder to get and maintain that temp I found that lowering the part fan speed to 30% and the AUx fan speed to 60% it was able to reach and maintain the220c.

Thanks for the tip about the fan speed! I’ve been having this problem all day and now I reduced the fan speed to 80% and everything seems to be OK.
