Nozzle to low or bad flow?

Using Esun PLA+ white, i did a first layer print and it looks as if the nozzle is dragging through the filament, which then leads to build up on the nozzle and failed prints.

Is this a flow issue or do i need to do something else? If this were on my cr10, i would add a 0.03mm z lift, but thats because my cr10 is NOT auto bed level haha

To me, this looks like overextrusion. A flow/flow dynamics calibration should take care of it.

ok, great. i will do those 2 tests and see what happens. I know with the flow test i did already, 0 was the best looking both times… So i am going to guess that the k factor is wrong so i will do the dynamics test next. thanks
