Odd infill artifact - need sounding board

TLDR; print failed and I believe it is because BBSlicer only gave me one layer of “infill” in-between solid layers. (see photo).
I have printed other things with the same filament and they turn out fine, I let the print finish and it finished beautifully (i.e. the choppy grid was covered by a few smooth layers). So, I am assuming that maybe the one layer of infill was not strong enough and just got chewed up by the next layer?

Other trouble shooting I did:
Recalibrate - all good
Dry Filament - 48c for 6 hours (PLA)
Check for nozzle clog - heated up to 250c and extruded a good amount no issues

Thank you all

Only one layer of infill at layer 4 (screen shot).
Stock BBL *.20mm X1C profile with a calibrated filament.

Just change your infill to 100%…or add a wall to the top layer or bottom layer.

Hey, thanks for the reply…I think you’re right. I just finished an other print, totally fine, no issues.
Probably me just being a dummy and not catching that one infill layer.
Just wanted some other eyes to verify that was the issue.
