Does anyone have a good 3d print that helps with office moral?
I googled it but curious about people’s opinion here

I don’t think one can 3D print their way out of bad morals. I am actually appalled by the behavior and attitudes of many within the 3D printing community. Those bad morals seem to be baked in among certain individuals.
However, happy things tend to lift the morale of most people. Puppy dogs and flowers tend to put people in a good mood. I was looking through MakerWorld one day and happened upon a print profile that someone had posted. It was of flowers to decorate one’s printer. On a whim I printed out some of the designs and attached them to my printer. Every time I look at my printer, I see happy flowers which makes me happy.
Anything showing personal appreciation. The more personal, the better.
I originally made these pencil cases only for myself but then found them to be a hit at the office after giving each of the 30+ team members (across 2 sites) a personalized pencil case.
Colleagues do not actually use them for their pencil’s though.
It is more of a status symbol that someone at work cared enough to personalize and print this 
Similarly, some of the pen models can be personalized and would also be appropriate in a team and/or project context. It can be tricky to find one that is both sleak and durable enough for actual use though.
These for example were tricky to get right, but are sleak enough to entice regular use. I found the clip to break easily though (as with the non-printed pens 
).
Additionally, coasters can also be useful for us “desk pilots”. But they need to be heat resistant enough for a hot cup of tea…
Kit-cards are great as well, but you need to know what to make for each colleague. I did not go down that route (yet) as it is very easy to pick the right kit for some colleagues, but can be quite tricky for others.
In summary,
- The more personal the better,
- Don’t miss out on anyone,
- Make sure no one is favored when going for dissimilar gifts,
- Double the impact and chance of success by not announcing or even hinting at anything.

It’s difficult to boost morale with 3D printing; otherwise, everyone would be doing it. But, generally speaking: Don’t get too set on one particular thing – what one person likes, another might think is lame.
Don’t force people to choose either - if they don’t want to, they don’t want to. I’d just print a variety of things and put them on a table for people to take what they want.
Keep in mind: Some people equate boosting morale with a higher salary. If you hand them a toy, they’ll probably feel like you’re mocking them.
Present it as a nice gesture rather than an attempt to boost morale.

morale is bad (because work conditions and payment are ■■■■, managers are toxic… etc.). lets 3d print a bit of ai slop, thatll improve things.
print new managers/executives.
I am trying to decide how to rank a slice of pizza, random poster of a cat clinging on for dear life or a 3D print on a scale of good to bad for office morale.
I agree with what @RetroSharky and @EnoTheThracian say. Make it personal and genuine. Or, if you are going for something decorative, put some effort into the artwork and joy of what you make so that it shows as something greater than just a poster or random decoration.
Sadly, odds are that @user_831410874 right though. If morale is bad, a cheap gift or decoration is not going to do a thing to fix or change the underlying issue.
Now. I am not at work, and I am going to try and not think about work or anything for at least another twelve hours.
I agree with the moral point that most have made. Some little trinkets are not going to fix much. I am assuming they meant something more along the lines of “what are some fun things for the office?”.
My style to boost moral is usually food items and making sure there is high quality coffee.
That said, when we first got our X1Es, we made some scale models of our products. So some people got to have little 10 inch tall refrigerators sitting on their desk.
