Offset and Alignment Samples for Laser in Bambu Suite

I’ve made a few handy tools for using the laser to get the most out of my 40W h2d.

For starters, I laser cut a wood 14X250 strip that I use to offset the edge of new material so the left edge of the work to be cut lines up with 0mm in the actual cutting workspace.

Next, I made a 310X250 1mm checkerboard to use for aligning work so I can precisely place things like the steel keytags without the perspective errors that the birds eye cam introduces.

Lastly, I made a 31x25 10mm grid for the same case as the 1mm board as the 1mm board pitch is a bit too small for my aging eyes.

The 31x25 is easy to remake in suite by making a single 10mm square and then copy/pasting until the grid matches what my work area is.

I know the 10W laser has bigger work area than the 40W, so your mileage may vary.

I think it would be ideal if Bambu put in sample shapes to do the same tasks in Bambu Suite for other folks getting started.
