I get the below offset every time I try to do a print that is very large, almost fills the bed large. Does not happen any other time. I have tried 2 different drawer style prints and both of them do the exact same offset.
Fixes I have tried to do. I tightened the belts and tried to print it at lower speeds. I’m unsure what else to do.
Other than a little over-extrusion on what I’m guessing is the inner wall, I don’t see anything wrong with this. Looks really good, in fact. If there are more layers to be printed, you can and should ignore that little ridge. It’ll be absorbed in the layers that get printed above it… I don’t see anything I’d describe as an “offset”.

Maybe offset is the wrong term. That ridge? is supposed to be a outside wall, so it should be on top of the edge of the bottom print not inside by a couple of MM.
Is the ridge/line shown in the gcode preview when you slice the model?

The Gcode shows the first line on the second row should be on top of the outside edge.
