Ok this is getting old

half of my time interacting with this printer is waiting for it to connect or just bang my head somewhere until it decides im allowed to send files to the printer now.

without even considering the fact i got 3 false positives error that really scared me but also that never showed up again…

I’ve had exactly Zero issues with that in the 2.5 months I’m running this printer now… Like literally 0. Every single time I clicked on “send” it reacted instantly.

From the forum here, I’ve a feeling that the EU cloud seems to be much more stable than the US one… Are you in the US?

I’m in the US. My printer is a few weeks old. It has about 200 hours of print time on it already. So on average it’s been running 2 or 3 days continuous per week since I installed it. Not one single network related issue.

I have a Glowforge laser cutter, which has an even more burdensome “cloud” support requirement. The cutter “slicing” is done on their servers, not locally. The only way to run the machine is with a web-based GUI also hosted by them. No internet, no possible way to run the cutter. No cloud service, no possible way to run the cutter.

There are a number of users popping up on a fairly steady basis who have network issues and as a result struggle to get their machine to do what they want. With a high degree of consistency, the issues generally come down to poor quality network connections. One of the easier ways to test that is by hot spotting your phone (putting it close to the machine) and connecting the printer to that for network access. Not practical as a permanent operating model, but if you consistently have problems with your home WiFi and you don’t with your phone’s hot spot, it will narrow down what you need to try and figure out by eliminating the printer as the source of the problem.

I have posted extensively about networking issues (for the P1P, although most probably apply to all). You should search here and on the Reddit bambu lab community. You will find dozens of posts that will help you diagnose the issues.

Mine is working pretty perfectly. I get annoyed after every update that the access code does odd things, but I’m able to address that after the updates by entering the new code on the device that needs it. But that is the only connectivity issue I’ve ever had.

My suggestion, uninstall Bambu Studio and Handy on all your devices, then reinstall them, and bind/login in.
