The print is 250x150x5+ mm, one corner of the print looks like melted by hot gun( it does not look like wrapping issue). It was printed in PLA and PCTG - the same failure, and same corner of the part was destroyed. It is the corner which is the closest to left far corner. What could be the reason?
Do you have another heat source or an aircon changing the temperature in that area? Also, can you show us a zoom out picture? Personally i cant understand what that is…
Have you tried cutting the model into parts and printing that specific area in a different orientation?

Hard to make better picture of the one color part to see all the edges. The corner that looks melted it is very close to the light source. I have original printer without any mod. Just printed the same part with 90deg rotation(relocated), placed manually on the very right side of the plate - no issue. So I am wondering if the fan cause this problem somehow. I also checked the plate temperature dispersion, and no hot/cold spot found. @Sigama_Crafts as per your advise, I will print some item on very left part of the table to see if it is that area is no go.
