Hello guys since yesterday i was trying to upload a file and kept getting the following error:
An exception occurred when updating the 3dmodel.model file. Please upload it again.
So i was trying to edit the listing replace the 3mf files replace the stl files, rename everything, nothing worked.
i was searching online as this has happened to more people before and some people said it was an issue with bambu website/servers but this didnt seem to be the case this time as i didnt see anyone else complaining.
so what fixed the issue?
instead of editing the listing that failed and replacing the models, i created a new listing and used the same old files that failed before. that worked fine.
it seems that when uploading a file something can go wrong and the whole listing will bug. no matter how many times you edit the listing and change things it will not fix the issue. the listing will still fail time after time.
just delete it and make a new upload.
thought i should post it here for people to find it if they run into problems as it hasnt been posted before or at least i didnt find this solution when searching.
