Only 3 stars review allowed?

I have found that if i rate it with a picture, it then lets me amend the rating and give 5 start, but i have to give 3 first then change to 5. Happens a lot for me.

I tried this case, but did not reproduce. If possible, could you share with us such a rating?

We will handle this case in later printer firmware update.

It still looks like it is an issue. I had a z-homing axis fail and re-started from the the printer. On my print history it only shows the cancelled print and I am unable to rate it.

That’s because your “trust level” is “new” (welcome to the forums btw)

Re-starting from the printer doesn’t leave a trace in the cloud of the print being actually completed, I think the solution requires a bit more that what’s deemed viable from business standpoint just to be able to rate the print more than 3 stars.

Also - if you’re waiting to get boosts by completing necessary print time, if cancelled print is re-started from printer, that won’t count towards boost granting.
