Hi I order a complete H2D and in bambu order system it says order fulfilled but I only got the 40 W laser. All DHL information says it a 1.3 KG package so it’s obviously not dissapere on the way. Has anyone else experience this ? I live in Europe and created at ticket last week but no answer form Bambu
Someone over in the German category reported that their laser arrived separately with DHL and the printer itself was scheduled to arrive a few days later, Der H2D ist Top! - #6 by mcbrite

The description for the laser versions say “Laser will be shipped in separate box”
As noted on the H2D store page, the laser module ships in a separate box, however they don’t mention that for most people it’s also coming from a different carrier
H2d will be shipped with db schenker in Germany. Write thru chat to the support and they give you a tracking number. Otherwise you get a mail from db schenker on the delivery day.

I had a similar problem, order shows fulfilled but the only tracking numbers I got were the laser module and the accessories I bought in the same order.
There seems to be a problem with Bambu updating the order information with additional tracking numbers for the actual unit. Not sure if it’s just a long delay yet, or some other reason.
I hopped on chat and they provided me the tracking number for the printer within 1 minute.

yes agree on that still the order say fulfilled and I only got one shipping number
It was the same for me as well, indeed in the chat they will give you the other tracking number from that db-schenker company, let’s hope it’s better than GEL, but right now it seems like it’s even worst, it’s showing an estimated delivery only in May 5th, so basically 2 weeks for delivery, it’s pretty bad
