I am actually wondering if there is a possiblity to see the total printing hours of the machine on the P1S.

Giving this a bump. I’m also interested in this - lifetime print hours. It was available on the Kipper/Mainsail days and I miss it!

Click on the device ID and it will display it.

How many printing hours on your X1C?

On the printer, touch the hex icon, then the general tab and finally device info. It will show the hours at the top of the screen.

Printer Hour Meter?

There is a built in hour timer, it’s just kind of hidden. You can find it under the General info tab and then by selecting “Device Info” [image] [image]

Well, if you read the tittle it’s about the P1S and not X1C.

Sry, overread that.
But seems it is getting logged, since the P series are based on the X series.

Printer Hour Meter?

If you use Home Assistant you could use a template-sensor, I use this code for my P1S. The printer already ran like 10 hours but just today I came up with this idea. - platform: history_stats name: printer operating history entity_id: your.printer state: "running" type: time start: "{{ now().replace(hour=0, minute=0, second=0) }}" end: "{{ now() }}" then create a utility meter which pulls the data from your history_stats sensor. I know that the X1C log the operating hours but I couldnt find information that it is available to the P1P and P1S too. Did you find the function somewhere on a P1P/S? On a X1C its on the display under “General → Device Info”

My solution with Home Assistant just reports the hours when the printers state is running. Its kind of a workaround but not really an ideal solution as it would come from Bambulab directly.

There has been talk of adding “Printing Hours” in the Xtouch display community. I’m assuming it will monitor and calculate with a similar method as you do.

Just an FYI. Hours for the P1S and P1P afre now available since the last update. Scroll down to device, settings and you will see it.

My hours are way off, one of my P1Ps shows 348 hours, the other shows 323…I know there is over 800 hours on them…my best guess is 800-1000 each. Same with my P1S, it shows 346. My best guess there was a update that started counting from there forward since they are all around the same hours and all get used the same amount. The P1Ps are 9 months old and the P1S is just under 6.

Yup mine is reporting 0 hours when I’ve done at least 50ish

Maybe the counter only began after the firmware update, or perhaps you have to wait for them to calculate via cloud

Have you updated to the latest firmware release? The hours feature on the P series is relatively new.

I keep meaning to watch the hours more closely. Does the counter display actual printing time or all the time the printer is powered up?

On the third tab - navigate to where it says Device: Bambu Labs P1S. Then hit OK on that. Then the next status page will show the Printing time.

I can verify on that the X series is actual printing hours. The P series I haven’t watched close enough to make that call.
