Order cancelation / Refund

Hey Bambu Lab,

I’ve noticed that you didn’t answer any of my requests after one week.
As my order is stil in Germany (order [#EN427237261]), in Saulheim for now 2 weeks, I wish to cancel my order and get refunded because I have to leave abroad for a job trip until August.
So I won’t be there to receive the shipment and nobody can receive / pick up the printer for me.

I understood I’ll never get the printer, and wish to send back the spare parts I’ve ordered and received (miracle ?!) as I they will be useless without a printer. Order for the spare parts: [#EN427237461]. What address do I send back the spare parts ???

I hope you’ll answer my requests, at least here on the forum, and show people that you’re finally not the worst customer service ever.

Hi @sebpao,

You are using the wrong communication channel.
If they do not answer any of your requests, you should contact your credit card issuer or Paypal for getting refund//cancelation.
If you live in an EU country, you have mechanisms and more important procedures for problems with online acquisitions. Maybe in other countries too, but I cannot confirm

PS: be aware that sharing sensible info such as order numbers or location in a public forum is not good practice.
