So I just got an email from Bambu Lab saying my order is cancelled because the item is not in stock. I have multiple outstanding orders and nothing seems wrong with them when I go view the orders online.
I have now no idea which of my orders will be cancelled, which item was not in stock…
And the mail came from a noreply mail adress so I cannot request further information?
has anyone had this situation? Will my whole order be cancelled for 1 item not being in stock?
Will they wait untill the item is in stock before shipping? Will they ship the order without the 1 item?
I have no idea at this point.
They can easiliy be more transparant but dude, can they be even more vague??? don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the 10 euro credit
Well that’s what I mean with “viewing orders online” there are 2 “unfulfilled” orders with multiple items each. I have no idea which order or item is cancelled
FWIW, nobody understands what this means. It would have been more helpful if you would have explained that each order page showed no cancellation message.
I just received an email saying my order has been sent. In that mail they specify the items that are sent.
The other items, the ones that aren’t in stock anymore are shown as in preparation
This is the info that should have been in the email. I still do not know :
If I’ll get a refund for the items that aren’t in stock
If they keep my order until backorders are in stock and then ship
I understand perfectly that they are completely overwhelmed by the popularity of their printers. Everything Bambu Lab related is sold out everywhere . Their communication can be finetuned a little better though.
Sending an email to a customer saying your order is cancelled because item is not in stock, without specifying an order number or the item(s) that are cancelled seems very weird to me.
I wish they added an option in their shop to pre-order anything, not just printers. With current progress, you have to check the stock every hour in order not to miss out on newly arrived stock.
