Just curious. I ordered a X1 Carbon on January 2, 2024 and the ETA is supposedly before the 16th (tomorrow).
However, I still have not seen any change in status nor have I been given any shipping information like I have for the other filament and accessories I’ve ordered and already received.
I opened a support ticket 3 days ago and no one has responded.
Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Is there a phone number I can call and talk to a human? There’s no obvious phone number.
Thanks in advance for your help. I’m super excited to receive my printer but concerned there will be further delays with no end in sight.
Sorry to say, once you close the deal you’re at the mercy of both the BL warehouse and your local courier company. It’s sometimes a convoluted affair, but usually works out in the end. Do a search and see all the shipping stories of woe, for every 1 drama, there’s 999 success stories.
The bonus is you obviously can see a status, watch this spot I guess

I am in the exact same boat to a T. Ordered 2nd. Put in support ticket on 10th with no update. And says shipping by 16th but no updates. Everything is paid off. I got the filament a couple weeks ago.
Please keep me posted and I will do the same. I also ordered some items from Meta around the same time. My quest 3 is still on back order so this might be because of shipping delays across the board. @Th3NinjaPenguin
If it’s any help to you all that are still waiting I got this response from CS last night. I ordered the EcoFlow bundle which doesn’t even specify an ETA/ETD. I received the filament ,spare parts and the Ecoflow a while back. Just haven’t received the X1C…

I purchased the bundle the evening of 12/31/23 and shows up as order placed 1/1/24. I couldn’t find an email to send anything to so I opened up a ticket 1/6/24 after I noticed only the accessories and filament shipped. I got an auto generated response 2 days later and an actual response yesterday.
Glad to hear you got your notification. I ordered on the 7th with a 16th eta and no luck yet I got 3 orders of filament though… with another arriving Monday… I have a lot now…
I ordered mine on the 23rd of December still haven’t received it yet and it’s the 19th of jan fedex said delivery would be today but it hasn’t moved from CA since it “shipped” on the 14th had no more tracking info at all
Ordered printer and replacement components late December. Was told to expect delay, so I did. The spare parts and extra hot end stuff arrived weeks ago in several shipments. In one of the boxes were some rolls of filament I never ordered or was charged for, so I assume they’re a free goodwill gift. The printer itself has become a worry. It should have been here a couple of days ago, but I received an alert about a delay caused by a “damaged, illegible barcode”. The package started moving the next day, then yesterday morning it was reported to be only a few miles from my address and I would get it by 8PM. After 8PM it wasn’t here and the tracker had a little orange exclamation point. It said I’d be alerted “when the package started moving again”. It’s still reported as sitting in the same nearby location as before and there is no longer a delivery date listed. I hope it doesn’t arrive smashed to pieces. The shipper is unfortunately FedEx. The only two times FedEx has delivered large packages here they were carelessly dumped in my driveway, one from a scary height. There was fortunately no damage because those items were in wood crates. I don’t know what protection Bambu provides in its shipping containers.
