I am from Cyprus (Europe). I ordered the X1-Carbon Combo on 26 of May.
Since 27 of May, DHL tracking says “in transit to DHL”. No more update since then…waiting 20 days now with no update. I tried to contact DHL in Germany, they told me to contact the seller. I tried to contact Bambu Lab, no reply…also, 2 days after my order of X1-Carbon Combo, I placed another order of 15 PLA rolls, another Bambu Lab AMS, a lot of accessories etc. All these extra stuff arrived after 5 days. Now I’m stuck with all these stuff without the actual printer!
Total payments of around 3k and that was a very bad start from their side…
I’m thinking to contact my bank and request the card transaction to be reverted or open a dispute in paypal resolution center.
It looks like my package got lost or something and Bambu Lab doesn’t seems to care about it since they are not replying to my tickets.
Has any one else had such experience? Any advice I will appreciate it…

Same problem here, my order has never left Germany, I 'm a EU customer also.
Called DHL, I’ve been told to call Bambu Lab…
Personally I’ve opened a Paypal dispute, and oh surprise, Bambu Lab decided to reply my tickets, asking me to wait for a potential delivery, arguing that everything is normal with my shipment.
I give them until Friday June the 23rd to deliver my order, after this date I will ask my bank to cancel the transaction.
One of the worse customer service ever…
