FedEx has pretty much lost my package and I would like Bambu to send me what I ordered.
I have a case number, emailed Bambu, messaged on FB, and now resorting to public posting.
I don’t want to initiate a chargeback, but I feel like I am not being left a choice here since I can’t get a proper response from anyone.
In my case they sorted it out, but it took 10 days.
I had the same problem with DHL (they lost the printer) and I had to wait 17days for DHL to tell me!!! (not BL fault) in fareness to BL they did sort it in around 10 days once they had the details. The hardest part is getting a reply.
Got to say well with the pain of waiting as been playing with it now for days

usually they reply in 2 - 3 days
Did that. Refilled another ticket. I am sure their cloud disaster means I fell to the bottom of the pile.
