I have been trying to get a P1P to P1S upgrade kit for months
1st September I stayed up till midnight, then refreshed the page about every 10 minutes throughout the day and managed to grab one at 2pm when they suddenly became available
Paid with paypal in full, got the order confirmation screen with an order number - all good.
2 days later I’ve never received an order confirmation email from bambu, and the store website under my account only shows my original P1P order from 3 months ago - there’s no sign of the new order??
I’ve created a support ticket but got a reply back saying they’re really busy so I guess it’ll take a week to get back to me
Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve paid the money but as far as I can see the order has just disappeared completely
