Hi, I am getting a little frustrated with not receiving my complete order. Can someone point me in the right direction for a customer service person? The help ticket portal appears to run by a bot or AI with a 3 day lag.

. Welcome to Bambu’s world class customer service. Don’t worry it only gets worse from here.
They are proud of that F rating and intend on keeping it and see if they can have the better business bureau make a new rating called Bambu that’s a few steps lower then F.

But seriously this is the normal. Expect up to a week to get a response. Upto 2 weeks for them to ask basic questions and a month to fix the issue if they can. If they can’t they will just say we don’t know what the issue is and that’s it.
