I’ve ordered a P1P since July 9th. They already took my money and it’s written “Paid” but yet received a tracking #. I got an order # though.
I got a reply that it’s due to the BC port strike (in Canada) and it’s causing delays.
I’m curious cause it’s written that you would get a tracking # once it’s ship but I have yet received one.
I sent an email earlier in the week (again) and no response.
I wouldn’t mind if it was a few bucks but it cost me over 900$ and still nothing.
I understand that it may take a while but not getting a response back or even a tracking #, it’s getting frustrating. I haven’t sent them email after email everyday. I’ve waited and waited but when you go and check your account and nothing change or you get no response from them is concerning. It makes me wish that maybe I shouldn’t have not ordered it. I hope I’m wrong.
Any help or suggestion, would be appreciated.
I ordered in June and mine just shipped today. You wont get a tracking # until they ship it since the deliveries come from their warehouses after getting their shipments from china (avoids import fees). Mine is shipping from their eastern one in caledon and will be here within 1 day after getting tracking #.
On your Bambu account where it says paid click the order number and it should open another window and have the
Tracking in there if it shipped.
It might not have even shipped yet due to the strike in which case Bambu is probably holding it until they figure out the shipping there.
This is not Bambu labs fault. And they aren’t trying to rip you off.
If it has shipped and they haven’t gotten any info yet from the shipping company then they don’t have it.
I know it is frustrating I have had to wait a month or so for stuff I have ordered but Bambu labs has sent everything I ha e paid for. Maybe not in a few days but they have gotten it to me.
