Ordered Bambu PLA. Reels arrived after 12 days in unusable shape

Hi Bambulab team,

I ordered 12 reels of Bambu PLA Matte. Because having your brand of PLA is convenient so I don;t have to worry about AMS fit, and I get auto material recognition with sensors.

Well, the order took 12 days to arrive, with multiple delays (Amazon delivers the next day and Matterhackers in 3 days), and the worse part: the reels are badly wrapped and packaged, all sloppy, swollen and exceeding the with of the plastic spool carries so I cannot twist-lock such the plastic carriers for them. Making these reels unusable.

I sent an email to support about it. I hope you can process my refund ASAP because I already order good spools for another vendor. I think we are done buying your material until you figure out how to ship quickly, spool neatly and package your goods well. You are not there yet, not even close.

This is so frustrating, such a waste of time :-1:t4:

Update: User Error I went back to inspect for packaging damage as asked by the Bambulab support team, and see if that could have caused any problems. The outside box was just fine, each of the 12 filament boxes for each spool was also fine. So I went back to try to understand why the stuff is not fitting, and I realized my mistake, I was not aligning the plastic tab to the notch on cardboard roll, that’s why I could not close and lock the spool holders:

More info on how to do it here:

Sorry BambuLab team for the misunderstanding, I want to edit the post to remove the unusable part, but I can’t. Feel free to delete it or change it to solved. thx!
